Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
This page explains how California residents can opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
Who can use this opt out
This right applies to residents of California when TWINii data practices are subject to the CPRA. Other users may still contact us with privacy questions using the details in our Privacy Policy.
What "sell" and "share" mean here
TWINii does not sell personal information in the traditional sense, but we use affiliate and analytics technologies that may be considered "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. For example, this can include:
- Using identifiers to attribute purchases through Partner Networks such as Kindred;
- Measuring the performance of links and promotions;
- Using analytics tools to understand how people use the service.
How to opt out
If you are a California resident and wish to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, you can:
Email: privacy@twinii.ai
Please include the following:
- A statement that you want to opt out of the "sale or sharing of personal information";
- The email address linked to your TWINii account;
- Any relevant usernames or handles you use on TWINii.
We may need to request limited additional information to verify your request.
What happens after you opt out
When we process your opt out:
- We will stop selling or sharing your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the CPRA;
- We will record your preference so it remains in effect for future sessions on your account, subject to technical limits or if you clear identifiers;
- We may continue to use your information for other permitted purposes, such as providing the services, preventing fraud, measuring basic service performance and complying with law.
Authorised agents
You may use an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may request proof that the agent is authorised and may still require you to verify your identity directly with us.
