Delete Your Account
You can request the closure of your TWINii account and the deletion of your personal data at any time. This process is completed entirely within the TWINii mobile app.
How to close your account
- 1 Log in to your account in the TWINii mobile app.
- 2 Tap your Profile icon to open your profile.
- 3 Inside your profile, select Data Controls.
- 4 Scroll to the bottom of the Data Controls screen.
- 5 Tap Close Account.
- 6 A confirmation prompt will appear. Click on Close Account to confirm that you wish to close your account.
- 7 Your account will be closed immediately. You will be logged out and will no longer be able to access TWINii.
What happens to your data
Your personal data, including your profile information, social handles, and any content associated with your account will be deleted within a few hours of closure.
Certain data may be retained for a limited period where required for regulatory, legal, or audit purposes. This data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
