The first thing everybody asks, and fairly.
- Before it goes live, we test it. What it knows, how it sounds, where its knowledge stops and what it should refuse.
- Then you hear it. Push it on the things you would hate to get wrong. Nothing is published until you say yes.
- Once it is live you keep the controls. Read what has been asked, correct what lands wrong, take it down at any point.
