“What if it says

The first thing everybody asks, and fairly.
- Before it goes live, we test it. What it knows, how it sounds, where its knowledge stops and what it should refuse.
- Then you hear it. Push it on the things you would hate to get wrong. Nothing is published until you say yes.
- Once it is live you keep the controls. Correct anything that lands wrong, or take it down at any point.
Read
the questions.
Every question put to your TWINii is kept, and you can read all of it. One question is an anecdote. Three months of them is a pattern.
- “How do you get the kick and the bass to sit like that?” Asked so often it stops being a question and becomes a module.
- “Why did you never play the 2009 record again?” Nobody had told you it still meant that much to anyone.
- “What do you do when the floor goes flat at one in the morning?” The thing you fix on instinct, that nobody can see you doing.

A student hits the wall on a Tuesday night, three weeks after the module that covered it. The tutor is asleep, on tour, or teaching somebody else. The question waits a week or goes unasked.
